- Saturday afternoons from 3-00pm to 6-00pm. Rotating hosts: Banjo Bob, Belfast Andi, Paul LaGrande and others. Traditional Irish music for the intermediate - advanced player.

- Sunday evenings from 5-00pm to 8-00pm. 1426, Bishop Street, Montreal. Hosts: Banjo Bob, Patrick and Belfast Andi. All kinds of Irish music and singing, other nationalities too but trying to cut down on the Gypsy music and French singing at the bar owners request!

- Tuesday nights, 9-00pm. Boul. St Laurent (514) 272 2498. Mostly Quebec tunes, more advanced musicians.

- First Sunday of each month, starting at 2-00pm. Host: Rob Brennan An upbeat session with lots of talent.

- Thursday Evenings from 9-00pm until late. Hosts: Don Mcveigh & Kevin Douley. Active session that by all accounts will last as long as people stay and play music.
- Ottawa Celtic Slow Jam, Ottawa, Ontario
- Thursday evenings from 7-30 to 9-30 (before the O'Connel Session. Glebe Community Center, 175, 3rd Ave. Host: Brian Foster (613) 224-7244. Focuses on slower playing.
